I typically setup for a start time that is midway through twilight as this allows my clients to get used to the site and the telescopes while they can still see to orient themselves.  It also often provides the best seeing conditions for planetary observation in our climate.  My sessions run 2 hours. I am flexible with the scheduling to meet your requirements.  Prices are based on the equipment set chosen and the number in your party.  I will send you an updated price list  as well as observing site selection options upon your request and once your selection is made we can schedule your event.  You are going to be awed!

I can do parties up to 50 or so.  I can also provide a tour at your venue for a one time event or on a regularly scheduled basis. I may be available outside of the Sedona area at your site, standard mileage rates apply.  Please feel free to inquire. 

Payment can be received by cash, credit card, or by check for regularly scheduled events through invoice.
